Located on the former site of the New York Coliseum in the Columbus Circle, the Time Warner Center sits on a roundabout directly across from Central Park. A roundabout that, although not technically true, is the official geographic center of NYC. All the official to and from distances are recorded from the center Columbus Statue at the center of the roundabout.
NCDsing provided initial existing conditions for the foundation to remain, determination of foundation locations to axis lines, 2 crews on site, and new construction of two 80 story towers on existing foundation. We also provided ground up survey controls, axis lines, bench marks, and construction monitoring (construction engineering services).
